AI Tool Pipelines — Automate Your WorkflowsAI Tool Pipelines

About AI Tool Pipelines

AI Tool Pipelines is an independent site about building AI into real workflows: connecting LLMs to automation tools like n8n, Zapier and Make, wiring APIs together so they survive production traffic, and running models locally when privacy or cost makes the cloud the wrong answer.

Most AI content online stops at the demo. The articles here are about what happens after: the retry logic, the rate limits, the webhook that fires twice, the bill at the end of the month. The goal is that you can follow an article and end up with something that works, not just something that looked good in a screenshot.

Who writes it

The site is built and written by Buyisile Nkwebana, a senior software engineer with over 10 years of professional experience and a BSc in Computer Science. I have been building integrations and automation pipelines since 2015 and running LLMs inside production systems since 2023. I also built the site itself, in Next.js.

What you will find here

  • Step-by-step tutorials for n8n, local LLMs (Ollama, LM Studio) and API pipelines, with the working configuration and code included.
  • Engineering patterns for reliable AI pipelines: retries and backoff, idempotency keys, webhook signature verification, circuit breakers and streaming.
  • Comparisons of automation platforms and AI tools, based on pricing, limits and how they behave under real workloads.

How articles are written and maintained

Every article is written from the point of view of someone who has to keep the pipeline running afterwards. Where an article includes code, workflow JSON or configuration, it is there to be copied and used. Where I have not used something directly, the article says so and describes what the documentation and evidence show, rather than claiming hands-on experience.

AI tools change quickly, so articles are reviewed and updated when pricing, APIs or model versions change. Each article shows the date it was last updated. Articles that no longer meet the standard are rewritten or removed.

How the site is funded

AI Tool Pipelines is free to read. It is supported by display advertising and by affiliate links on some product recommendations. Neither decides what gets written or recommended. The details are in the affiliate disclosure and the privacy policy.
